Admissions Process

Step 1. Inquiry
Click [HERE] to fill out the form. Once you hit submit, someone will contact you within 48 hours to move on to Step 2.

Step 2. Tour & Interview
An appointment will be made for you and your child to tour our school.  At this time, we will also conduct a formal interview and be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Step 3. Testing
A grade-level assessment will be scheduled to ensure the age-appropriate academic ability.  There is a $100 testing fee due at the time in the form of a personal or cashier's check. (We cannot accept cash or credit card for this fee.)

Step 4. Notice of Enrollment
You will be notified of enrollment via email which will include an application link, which must be completed to move forward in the process.

Step 5. Application
One application must be completed per family. (Multiple children can be submitted on one application.)  There is a $30.00 fee per child to apply.

We begin accepting applications for the 2022-2023 academic school year on April 1, 2022.  Families of current BCS or BCPS students may submit an application beginning February 1, 2022, to March 15, 2022, which is a priority window for our existing families.

Step 6. Enrollment
Confirmation of enrollment will be sent after the application process has been completed.  Upon receipt of this notice, a $300 consumable fee must be paid in order to guarantee placement.  See below for more information about our tuition and consumable fee.

Annual Tuition and Consumable Fee:
   2022-23 Tuition Rates (Tuition rates subject to change)
      1st Child:    $ 6,800
      2nd Child:   $ 5,700
      3rd Child:    $ 5,300

Consumable Fee
The consumable fee acts as an enrollment confirmation, guaranteeing your child's enrollment after acceptance.  The fee covers all student classroom supplies as well as the continuous development of our school library, science lab and classroom technology.
