The consumable fee acts as an enrollment confirmation, guaranteeing your child’s enrollment after acceptance. The fee covers all student classroom supplies as well as the continuous development of our school library, STEAM program, and classroom technology. The consumable fee does not include field trips, uniforms, food, or backpacks.
STEP 1: INQUIRY

STEP 2: TOUR & INTERVIEW
An appointment will be made for you and your child to tour our school. At this time, we will also conduct a formal interview and be happy to answer any questions you may have. After the meeting and tour have concluded, you will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment to move on to Step 3.
STEP 3: TESTING
A grade-level assessment will be scheduled to ensure age-appropriate academic ability. There is a $100 testing fee due at the time, in the form of cash only. (We cannot accept credit cards for this fee.)
STEP 4: NOTICE OF ENROLLMENT
You will be notified of acceptance via email, which will include an application link, which must be completed to move forward in the process.
STEP 5: APPLICATION
One application must be completed per family. (Multiple children can be submitted on one application.) There is a $50 fee per
child to apply. We begin accepting applications for the 2024-25 academic year on April 1, 2024. Families of current BCS or BCPS students
may submit an application beginning February 1-March 31, 2024 which is a priority window for our existing families.
STEP 6: ENROLLMENT
Confirmation of enrollment will be sent after the application process has been completed. Upon receipt of this notice, a $350 consumable fee must be paid in order to guarantee placement. See below for more information about our tuition and consumable fee.

We offer two classes for Preschool:
1. Preschool: Two and Three-year-olds
2. Pre-K: Children who will be starting Kindergarten the next fall
For enrollment, Children must be two years old as well as toilet trained. Full-day classes are available from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Half-day classes are available from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Full-day includes a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Half-day includes a morning snack.

The Bay Christian Preschool Brentwood accepts children ages 2- 6 years old, as well as a Before & After school program for children TK-5th grade. Half-day includes a morning snack.
The Before & After School program offers 2-5 day options for school-age children.
