The Bay Christian School is dedicated to providing a Christ-centered, developmentally appropriate education, which includes character skills that exude kindness, giving and doing what is right. Our passion is to apply life-applicable skills to our teaching while helping children discover their God-given talents.

Step 1: Preschool Inquiry
Click here to fill out a form. Once your form is submitted, someone will contact you to move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Tour + Interview
An appointment will be made for you and your child to tour our school. At this time, we will also conduct a formal interview and be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Notice of Acceptance
Apply Now!You will be notified of acceptance which will include an application link, which must be completed to move forward in the process.
Step 4: Application
One application must be completed per child. Multiple children can be submitted under one family account. There is a $100 application fee. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Step 5: Enrollment
Confirmation of enrollment will be sent after the application process has been completed. Upon receipt of this notice, a $225 material fee must be paid in order to guarantee placement. See the tuition table for more information.
The $225 Material fee acts as an enrollment confirmation, guaranteeing your child’s enrollment after acceptance. The fee covers all student classroom supplies.
We offer two classes for Preschool:
1. Preschool: Two and Three-year-olds
2. Transitional Kindergarten: Children who will be starting Kindergarten the next fall
For enrollment, children must be two years old as well as potty trained. Full-day classes are available from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Half-day classes are available from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Full-day includes a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Half-day includes a morning snack.

Step 1: Inquiry
Click here to fill out an online inquiry form. After your submission, you will be contacted by the Admissions department. This step is optional. You may move forward to Step Two.
Step 2: Schedule a Tour
The best way to learn more about our school is to visit us. Tours allow prospective families to look closer at the Bay Christian School. After you submit an inquiry, you will receive a link to schedule a tour.
Step 3: Apply
Apply Now!One application must be completed for each child. There is a $100 application fee per child.
Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year open on November 15, 2025. Priority consideration for families of current BCS or BCPS students begins on February 15, 2026.
Required materials for the application are:
- Current and last year's report cards
- Most recent Standardized Testing Results
- IEP/504 Plan, if applicable
- Parent's permission for a letter of referral from the current teacher
Public Enrollment Opens March 1, 2026.
Step 4: Interview & Testing
If the application meets the required criteria, BCS will contact you to schedule an interview with your student, including a grade-level assessment. A $100 testing fee is due at the time in cash only. (We cannot accept credit cards for this fee.)
Step 5: Offer Extended
After further review of all application requirements including both interview and assessment, you will be notified of an enrollment decision.
Step 6: Enrollment
To guarantee students' placement, the enrollment packet must be completed and the $400 non-refundable consumable fee paid upon notification of acceptance.
